A few words about me
From grounded beginnings to inspired growth
I was born in 1972 in Barcelona and had the joy of growing up in a carefree and loving environment. I’m deeply grateful to my parents and grandparents, who showed me what love truly means and how important it is to pass it on.
A turning point in my life was the loss of my beloved grandfather. Our close bond awakened early questions in me about the meaning of life, death, and what might lie beyond.
Since then, a deep spiritual longing has accompanied me, shaping my path to this day.
For over 25 years, I’ve been dedicated to working with people, always guided by the question: What carries us when life becomes challenging?
This inner calling led me to become a bridge between people, languages, and cultures, but also between the visible and the invisible, between the everyday and the deeper layers that connect us all. It brought me to Germany, to England, and to many enriching encounters that have shaped who I am today.

2025 Resilience Trainer mindfulness and resilience in occupational health management.
Since 2024 Spiritual Healing: currently enrolled in a 2-years accredited healing course and actively volunteer at the renowned Harry Edwards Healing Sanctuary in the UK.
Since 2022 Ongoing advanced studies in sensitivity, mediumship, trance, spiritual healing, and spiritual art at the prestigious Arthur Findlay College in the UK among others.
2015–2021 Training and voluntary work in end-of-life care with the Hospice Service Wetterau; IGSL Hospice Educational Institute.
2015–2018 Further training in sensitivity, mediumship, trance, and spiritual healing with Steven Levett and SNU Minister Matthew Smith.
2014–2015 Training in mediumship and spirituality with Gordon Smith and Steven Levett; Reiki advanced course with Frank Arjava Petter; Membership in the German Umbrella Organisation for Spiritual Healing (DGH e.V.)
2011 Several courses in mediumship and clairvoyance, including with Beate Bunzel Dürlich.
2007–2011 Birth of my daughter and family time in the Netherlands.
2005–2007 Own practice for relaxation and vitality, energy and holistic approaches in Lörrach. Training in sensitivity, mediumship and schamanism at the Basler PSI Association, Switzerland
2004–2005 Training as a Health Practitioner for Relaxation and Vitality; acreditation in wellness massage and energy work; joined the Association of Health Practitioners of the German Society for Alternative Medicine.
2003–2005 Reiki training in the traditional Japanese Usui system; Master degree and recognition as a Reiki teacher by the German Association for Alternative Medicine. (DGAM e.V.)
2001 Birth of my son.
1998–2000 Spiritual group work in Berlin.
1991–1997 Studies in German Language and Literature (Diploma) and international commercial training.
1989–1993 Training and voluntary service with the Spanish Red Cross in emergency services, environmental protection, and social work.
