We take time to explore your current life situation, your concerns, and your intentions without judgment, diagnosis, or analysis. This initial exchange is about seeing you clearly and compassionately, just as you are. It’s a space for you to be heard, to reflect, and to arrive fully in the moment.
Personalized support tailored to you:
Depending on your individual needs and preferences, we may work with: Spiritual Healing or Holistic Bodywork tecniques. Grounded in mindfulness and a deep respect for your individual path, both practices gently support the release of tension, the strengthening of resilience, and the unfolding of your natural healing potential.
Gentle feedback after each session:
Each session is unique just as you are. We take time to reflect on what has emerged, welcoming whatever arises with presence and care.

Whenever possible, I warmly welcome you to join our sessions in person at my practice in Friedberg.
In special cases, I’m also happy to come to your home, hospital, hospice, or care facility.
Depending on your individual needs, we can also meet over the phone or online via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
Over the past few years, I’ve found that spiritual work can be just as powerful and effective in virtual settings. Physical distance is no obstacle to meaningful connection.

These offerings are practical for everyday life and encourage self-competence in caring for your own health.
