General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the booking of seminars and workshops. They are valid regardless of whether the booking is made for the participant’s own use or on behalf of a third party.
Deviating terms and conditions of the customer do not apply unless they are expressly acknowledged in writing. Any differing agreements must be made in writing and are only valid if signed by both contractual parties.
Participation Requirements
The minimum age for participation is 18 years. Participants are solely responsible for their own participation in the course. Liability on the part of the organizer is excluded.
The participation requirements specified in the respective course descriptions apply.
Formation of Contract
The contract is concluded upon written confirmation of the registration.
Payment
To confirm a booking, a deposit of €100 is required.
This deposit will be credited toward the total course fee but is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
A course place is only secure after the deposit has been received.
For all courses and workshops, the respective early booking rates and payment deadlines stated in the individual course or workshop descriptions apply. The remaining balance of the course fee must be paid no later than four weeks before the seminar begins, unless another written agreement has been made. Any alternative payment arrangements must be made in writing.
If installment payments have been agreed upon, and payment is more than four weeks overdue, the entire outstanding amount becomes immediately due. In this case, a processing fee of 5% of the remaining balance will be charged.
Payment Due
After registration, you will receive an invoice for the respective course. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the invoice must be paid no later than four weeks before the seminar begins.
For installment payments, the payment deadlines stated on the invoice apply.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing and become effective upon receipt.
Up to 4 weeks before the start of the seminar/workshop: cancellation free of charge.
Up to 2 weeks before the start: 50% of the course fee is due.
Up to 1 week before the start: 75% of the course fee is due.
In case of non-attendance or early withdrawal, the full course fee is payable.
If a suitable replacement participant is provided, no cancellation fees will apply.
In the event of a timely and valid cancellation, any payments already made will be refunded, less any costs incurred.
Cancellation, Changes, and Overbooking
If a seminar or workshop is cancelled or overbooked, all payments already made will be refunded in full.
Changes regarding the venue, instructor, or schedule may occur. You will, of course, be informed of any changes in a timely and comprehensive manner. Further claims — in particular reimbursement of travel, accommodation, or loss-of-income costs — are excluded.
The stated seminar times may vary depending on group size and learning pace.
As the organizer, I accept no liability for circumstances beyond my control. Liability exists only in cases of intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
A minimum of five participants is required for the seminar to take place. If this minimum number is not reached, I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event.
In the case of cancellation, course fees will be refunded in full. For events already in progress, alternative dates will be offered instead.
Absence Due to Illness
To receive a certificate or confirmation of participation, full attendance (mandatory presence) is required. If you are unable to attend due to illness, you may – subject to available capacity – make up the missed course at a later date by prior written agreement. Additional costs may apply.
Right of Withdrawal (Revocation Policy)
(Applies to registrations made via the Internet, by telephone, or other means of distance communication)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without stating any reason, in text form (e.g., by letter or email).
The withdrawal period begins upon receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before the conclusion of the contract and not before we have fulfilled our information obligations pursuant to Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 (1) of the Introductory Act to the German Civil Code (EGBGB) and our obligations under § 312g (1) of the German Civil Code (BGB) in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB.
Timely dispatch of the withdrawal notice is sufficient to comply with the withdrawal period.
The withdrawal must be addressed to: G.s.G.h Center for the spiritual Gift of Healing, Kaiserstr. 167, 61169 Friedberg, Germany
Consequences of Withdrawal
In the event of a valid withdrawal, services already received must be returned and, if applicable, benefits derived (e.g., interest) must be surrendered.
If you are unable to return the received services, or can only do so in part or in a deteriorated condition, you must provide compensation for lost value accordingly. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days.
The period begins for you upon dispatch of your withdrawal notice and for us upon its receipt.
Special Note:
Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the contract has been fully performed by both parties at your express request before you exercised your right of withdrawal.
